Ball Rig Storyboard
I am not a big fan on "drawing" stuff on Photoshop. I love drawing with a pencil and paper. It is so much more not technology based. So this is my storyboard for the rigged ball animation. The key points in the animation are way off and the ball will show a lot more "life" and flexibility when I make it.

Recent reviews of movies and game.
Movies Recently Seen (***** high - * low):
Edge of Darkness ***
(Great Mel Gibson movie, just has that feeling that it is too dark( "Darkness" har har). But not a top of line performance, not as good as lethal weapon series, braveheart, or patriot.)
Shutter Island **
(Nothing scary, the ending has a typical horror flick ending. Alot of brainstorming in this movie. But has great visuals and that detective feel.)
Alice in Wonderland 2010 ****
(Outstanding 3D work. Has the same feel of the cartoon. Some dialogue can be taken out of context(Fuddlewacker). The Mad Hatter has a different mood than in the cartoon. Not so jumpy. But worth watching!)

(Just like God of War series, but different scenery(hell) and only one weapon (the Scythe). Haven't beat it yet, but great!).

Child Warrior Fantasy Prep(long time project, just brainstorming)
These are just some types of characters I will try to add to my animation. It is funny trying to think of a kid trying to act like his/her favorite type of warrior. So I was hoping to have just like 8 kids for each side. And there are 11 creatures that will be more main characters. Then besides the creatures then all others will be spearmen and in the warrior scene the other warrior kids will be small grunt men that will add to the creatures fighting.... I don't know still thinking heavily.
Elven Archer:
Kid: A girl, maybe? Has hood and maybe a boffing bow and arrows...doubt they make it.
Minotaur:
Kid: Medium sized kid with plastic viking cap and maybe a club like boffing weapon.
Spearman:
Kid: Just a boffing spear and small shield.
Cyclops:
Kid: Buff kid with a tin can with one hole as helmet and had a boffing club.
Wolfman:
Don't know about headgear, but a boffing glove... doubt they have them, but whatever.
Spartan:
Kid: This is my potential main character. With a helmet, maybe football, baseball, or wrestler headgear. Normal boffing sword and shield.
Dark Lord:
Kid: Full faced mask/helmet and maybe shoulder pads. Dark clothes. and a long sword.
Treeman:
Kid: Tall kid with big hands and surfer dude hair.
Rockman:
Kid: Trashcan armor. Probably throws a dodge balls.
Medusa:
Kid: Girl with crazy hair... don't know about weapon.
Gremlin:
Kid: Short kid with green clothes and knives in each hand.
Zombie Pirate or Pirate:
Kid: Wears pirate hat and pirate clothing and has boffing hook and sword.... boffing hook?

Projects and hopeful future projects (need something to do)
Right now:
Barney- Need some parts scaled and green spots on back.
Mechman- Merge some parts and texture.
Spider Car- Maybe rig, texture, mirror and merge.
Monster- Make shorts, mirror, merge, ZBrush, define muscles, texture.
Dragon- Define wings, and ZBrush.
Poker Room- Completely done... Don't want anything more to do with it.
Hopefuls:
Skeleton- Wanted to try to have many parts not connected but define a form.
Childhood Fantasy Warrior- This is a long time project, using two animations(one of children with armor boffing, the other with real warriors of many types fighting). And wanted to have various types of characters that resemble each other in both animations( like kid with trashcan as armor resemble a rock monster, a girl with weird hair resemble medusa, or a small kid resemble a gremlin, all sorts), then use flash or something to edit both to overlap, so it looks like the kids are living their fantasy. I am having numerous ideas about this one and have already drawn up some characters. I will need to learn how to rig and animate. My maya skills need some help to, especially texturing.
Redneck Environmental Car- Promised a friend I would try to make him a prius or environmental car, that is lifted, has gun rack, and all sorts of things to look like a weird combo.

Challenges?
I just bought the 159.99 version of Maya for my soon to be repaired laptop. So! I should be on it very very often and want to improve my 3D work, so the "Challenge 1" thing is for me to start work on my imagination and how well I can get at 3D without looking like a "noob". I'm going to finish one challenge then ask if anyone has any ideas or work on a personal idea. I don't know at the moment.
Challenge 1: Red Neck Hippie Car!
So, my cousin has seen a little of my work and had an idea. Could I design his wanna be car? Jokingly of course. This is his idea:
"Prius or any other "Earth Saving mini car" And lift it somehow, put huge tires on it, a grill guard with a winch, and a gun rack in the back window, dual flowmaster exhaust, and of course a roll cage, a few bumper stickers that say " Powered by real DIESEL", "NRA Member" and "Bush/Cheney '04"."
I am up for the challenge and hope this will improve myself a little.
